Make at home your own healthy no sugar gingerbread latte in less than 10 minutes.
Most of the coffee shop made gingerbread latte contain up between 40 - 50g of processed sugar in large coffee. The average person should not consume more than a total of 48g of sugar during the day. It's easy to see why we have a health crisis in our country.
