Gingerbread Latte Recipe

Make at home your own healthy no sugar gingerbread latte in less than 10 minutes.

Most of the coffee shop made gingerbread latte contain up between 40 - 50g of processed sugar in large coffee. The average person should not consume more than a total of 48g of sugar during the day. It's easy to see why we have a health crisis in our country.

For 2 Servings

PREP TIME: 5 minutes; COOK TIME: 3 minutes; TOTAL TIME: 8 minutes

Ingredients

  • 12 oz of full rich brewed coffee. I recommend our Espresso. Indulge in the velvety richness of our meticulously air-roasted specialty beans, where you'll savor deep, decadent flavor notes of dark chocolate, raspberry, creamy textures, and the delightful essence of walnuts (4 shots with espresso machine)
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup (or to your taste)
  • 2 tablespoons molasses
  • 1 ½ cups whole milk* (better for foaming) 

To create

  1. In a glass measuring cup or bowl, combine and whisk the coffee, spices, maple syrup and molasses. Ensure the spices are dissolved.
  2. Divide combined mixture equally and pour into two mugs.
  3. Warm the milk on the stove or froth the milk in a milk frother.

  4. Top up the coffee and serve immediately.

 * You may substitute whole dairy milk with: a) 2%, or b) a non-dairy beverage.

Home Made Whipped Cream

Homemade Maple Whipped Cream Recipe: Whether you use it on a cake or to simply top a bowl of fresh fruit, this maple sweetened whipped cream taste delicious and ready in 5 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream cold.
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup.
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract or ½ vanilla bean (seeds scraped).
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt.

To create

  • Attach the whisk attachment to a standing mixer, hand mixer or whisk
  • Add all the ingredients into the bowl.
  • Whisk in medium-low speed until foamy, about 1 minute. Increase the speed to high and whip until soft peaks form, 1-2 minutes.
