I buy my coffee for $10 for a 12 ounce bag at the grocery store. Why should I pay more for LOVEz Coffee?
Sadly, most commodity coffee beans are mass produced by farmers living in or near poverty; a $10 bag of coffee simply doesn't send enough money their way to offer any hope of a better life. It's a miserable reality, but one that's changing thanks to the specialty coffee industry.
Our beans cost more than $10 per bag because we partner with sustainability-minded farmers who pay fair wages, empower their local communities and grow amazing high quality coffee beans.
We source our beans via the direct trade model, meaning we deal directly with farmers. This removes middlemen (and women) and brings a better profit and return to farmers and their farms. Imagine your own business losing money on every transaction. As a famous actor friend of mine says: “it’s show business, not show play.”
Our specialty beans air roasted on demand and delivered to you fresh and flavourful may be more expensive, but we’re not satisfied with the status quo.
Together with our customers, we're working towards a better world, and as consumers, not spending our coffee dollars on unsustainable $10 bags of stale commodity beans is a powerful way we play our part.
How do I track my order?
The moment you order and pay for your coffee, we send you an email confirming your order. At the time of shipping, we'll send a second email (sorry) or text with the shipper's tracking number. Note: some SMS system may recognize the tracking number as a phone number. Simply add 1Z in front your tracking number. i.e.: 1ZR333B46892916009.
What is the Coffee Club?
Our coffee club brings together coffee loverz who expect and appreciate the natural flavor of freshly air-roasted beans.
By joining our group, you receive many benefits: club members access member only sales, flash sales & neat products. There’s no cost to join.
All you do is check the recurring order box in the coffee store checkout.
You save 10% on every repeat order. It’s important to note that we don’t automatically bill your credit card. You receive an email confirming your order & billing. You also get free standard shipping on orders over $24.99.
Do you accept returns?
Since we sell a food product, we cannot accept any returned coffee. In some cases, we may be able to refund your order or ship you a different bean. We want you to be a happy bean.
What if I don't like the coffee I bought?
Yikes… Our LOVEz Coffee team work really to deliver the very best coffee known to humankind. However, sometimes our beans taste different than you would expect particularly if you’re consume grocery store coffee. That said, if you’re not fond of our bean, please contact me at: helpfulperson@lovezcoffee.com. I’m happy to listen to what you didn’t like with our coffee experience. We want you to be a happy bean.

Our online storefront would be a mess without the talent of these software gurus. They don’t pick our coffee beans, air roast them to maximize their natural flavor, however, they make sure all the bits and pieces on the site worked during the build.
