Raspberry Mocha Kiss Valentine coffee recipe without "artificial or natural” flavors!

This recipe makes 2 x 12 ounce cups. Enough to share with your sweetie.. HUGE Bonus if you make more sauce. Place the remaining sauce in the fridge and use as a healthy alternative to Nutella.


12 ounces (1 cup) of hot brewed LOVEz Air Roasted coffee. I recommend: Mt Kenya Springtime or South India Monsoon Malabar

1 or 2 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder depending on how “chocolatey” you want. I use the organic Belgium Baking Cocoa found at Costco. 

1-2 tablespoons of pure maple syrup (adjust to taste).

1/2 cup of fresh or frozen raspberries.

1/2 cup of milk (dairy or plant-based).

2 tablespoons of whipped cream. Can you only make 2 tablespoons of whipped cream…not in my kitchen.

Cocoa powder or chocolate shavings for garnish (optional).

To make

Brew 12 ounces of your favorite LOVEz Air Roasted coffee.

In a blender, combine the cocoa powder, maple syrup, raspberries, and milk. Blend until smooth.

Pour the raspberry-chocolate mixture into a small saucepan and heat it over medium heat until it's warm but not boiling.

Split and pour of the hot brewed coffee into 2 mugs.

Slowly pour the raspberry-chocolate milk mixture over the coffee, stirring gently to combine.

Top with a generous dollop of whipped cream.

Optionally, garnish with cocoa powder or chocolate shavings.
