As a veteran, I've seen firsthand the sacrifice that fellow airmen, sailors and soldiers endure.
Many returning veterans suffer from PTSD and find reintegrating into civilian life very difficult. Many veterans are homeless and rudderless; suicide rates among veterans are unacceptably high.
